How it works
Link Google or Outlook calendar and your Drive or OneDrive workspace in a couple of clicks.
Ask it to check your schedule, summarize a document, or move a meeting - no menus, just conversation.
A morning digest, a midday nudge, and a real evening review that walks through your day with you.
Features
Connect Google and Outlook, even more than one of each. Ask what's on your day, move a meeting, or find open time - all in plain conversation.
Ask: "Move my 3pm to tomorrow"
Point it at your Drive or OneDrive workspace and ask questions in plain English. It reads the right document and can cross-reference more than one when you need the full picture.
Ask: "What does the Q3 report say about churn?"
A to-do list, a morning digest, a midday check-in, and a genuine evening review that walks through your day with you - not just another notification.
Ask: "What's still open on my list today?"
Type or speak - it remembers the conversation, reacts to how your day actually went, and responds in the language you're most comfortable in.
Ask: "I'm feeling overwhelmed today"
Organizations
Create an organization to give your whole team a shared workspace - one folder, one companion, everyone can ask questions about the files that matter.
Create an organization and invite teammates by email - everyone shares one workspace, no separate logins or setup for each person.
Ask: "Invite sarah@company.com to Acme Corp"
Point your organization at a Drive or OneDrive folder - policies, contracts, onboarding guides - and let anyone on the team ask questions about them in plain English.
Ask: "What's our policy on remote work?"
Only the organization's owner manages members, the shared folder, and the plan. Everyone else gets full chat and document access - settings stay read-only for them.
Ask: "Who else is in this workspace?"
Security
Your calendar and documents are personal. Here's specifically how they're protected.
Sign-in is handled entirely by Supabase's authentication system - MyCloseCompanion never touches or stores your raw password.
Calendar connection tokens, chat history, and document summaries are encrypted in the database before they're ever stored.
Google and Microsoft access is granted through their own secure sign-in, scoped to only what each feature needs - revoke it anytime from Settings.
Every connection to MyCloseCompanion is HTTPS-only, end to end, with strict browser security policies blocking malicious script injection.
Each action is checked against your live, current session with the identity provider - not a static, long-lived token.
Automated throttling protects the service - and your account - from unusual request patterns.
